Break-in at Euskirchen Tennis Club: Police Investigating Aggravated Theft

A break-in at the Euskirchen Tennis Club on Taubenstraße in Euskirchen-Flamersheim has left authorities investigating an incident of aggravated theft.

Between Monday, August 25, at 10:30 PM, and Tuesday, August 26, at 7:15 AM, unknown individuals forced their way into the club, forcing open the main entrance door. Once inside, they proceeded to search all rooms and made off with a cash box containing cash, as well as a projector.

The Criminal Police are currently investigating the case, and no suspects have been arrested so far. The tennis club remains closed for further investigations and repairs, with the property damage estimated to be a lower four-digit euro figure.

Witnesses who may have information about the unknown individuals or the incident are asked to contact the Euskirchen Police. Further doors inside the club were also forced open, and no details about the suspects or the recovery of the stolen items have been released.
