Woman and Children Flee Altercation in Dortmund, Police Investigate
A physical altercation occurred on a parking lot in Erle, Gelsenkirchen on October 24, 2024, involving a 40-year-old woman from Dortmund, her children, and several known family members. The incident resulted in minor injuries for the woman and her two children.
Following the altercation, the Dortmund woman and her children fled the scene in their car and called the police to report their experiences. According to reports, threatening calls and messages were received by the woman and her family members after the incident.
Further investigations revealed indications that some of the family members involved were in possession of weapons. Consequently, search warrants were executed in Gelsenkirchen and Essen by the police on October 25, 2024, involving special units.
