It's important to note that the issues with Omsk Cable Networks have not affected the services of another major internet service provider in the city, "Rostelecom." While residents of Omsk experienced issues with Rostelecom's home internet on June 1, these problems have not been reported by residents as affecting the city's internet services. Furthermore, the issues with Rostelecom have not been reported on the Downdetector website.

Interestingly, internet problems in Russia began as early as May, affecting various service providers across the country. The issues with Rostelecom, while not affecting Omsk's internet services, are additional to the problems with Omsk Cable Networks.
