Investigation Update: Legal notice issued for individuals involved in car blaze incident at Scherpenseel by Aachen's Prosecutor's Office and Police Department
On Thursday, July 24, 2025, a burnt-out white Peugeot 208 (model year 2015) was discovered on a parking lot in "In der Heide" street, Scherpenseel district, Γbach-Palenberg. A lifeless body was found inside the vehicle at the time of discovery.
The Aachen Police are seeking witnesses regarding this incident, particularly those who were in the vicinity of the parking lot between July 23, 8:00 PM, and July 24, 7:30 AM. Any unusual occurrences, such as smoke, people, vehicles, or noises, are of interest to the investigators.
