Law enforcement authorities are seeking individuals who may have observed a burglary at a gas station located in Herne, in an attempt to gather information.

A robbery took place at a gas station in Herne-South on the evening of Saturday, September 6. The suspect, who remains unidentified, targeted the gas station located at Bochum Street 110, entering from Graeff Street.

The on-duty employee, a 25-year-old man from Flensburg, was threatened with a knife by the suspect. The suspect spoke German with a very deep, hoarse voice and secured the loot in a plastic bag before fleeing towards Graeff Street.

The immediate area search by the deployed police officers was unsuccessful, and the suspect's current whereabouts remain unknown. The investigation into the robbery is ongoing and is being handled by the news aktuell police department.

The suspect is described as being approximately 182-185 cm tall with dark eyes and thick, bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a black hooded jacket with a zipper and dark jeans.
