IoT Technology Transforms Valencia Conference Venue into World's First Real-Time Monitored Conference Hub by 2025
The international conference for IoT innovation, IoT Sparks, is set to return to Valencia on October 7, organised by LORIOT. This event, aimed at technology companies, startups, integrators, consultancies, and innovation leaders, as well as entities from traditional sectors transitioning toward digital transformation, will take place at The Terminal Hub.
The Terminal Hub, a strategic partner of IoT Sparks, reaffirms its role as an active innovation agent in Valencia. Known for connecting people, companies, and institutions where creative impulse finds community, purpose, and resources to grow, the venue will be transformed into a "Living Lab" using LoRaWAN technology.
The Living Lab aims to reduce barriers to IoT adoption and make it accessible to all types of players, even those outside the world of IoT. Through connected feedback buttons, participants will be able to share their evaluations of conferences, spaces, and services, generating qualitative data in real-time. Environmental parameters such as CO2, temperature, and humidity will be monitored, and acoustic levels will be recorded, allowing identification of each session's impact through audience response.
The program will be structured around five strategic sectors: Industry and Energy, Smart Cities, Logistics and Mobility, Sustainability, and Digital Innovation. IoT Sparks will offer a platform for industries such as energy, logistics, construction, and mobility to discover real IoT applications, access strategic innovation content, explore new solutions, and establish key relationships within the ecosystem.
Milesight and Akenza, two prominent companies in the IoT sector, will demonstrate their technologies at the event. Milesight will showcase sensor deployment and data collection capabilities, while Akenza will demonstrate real-time processing and visualization features. Both companies will deliver dedicated keynotes, explaining their contributions to the event.
The Living Lab will conduct real-time measurements using sensors connected through LoRaWAN technology, developed in collaboration with Milesight and Akenza. These measurements will include people flows without compromising privacy, displaying occupancy by zones through heat maps.
Confirmed speakers for the event include Carina Lourdes Viglietti from IBM, Dario Zadravec from Roche, Rafal Kaja from EY, Stefania Gilli from Vodafone IoT, Attilio Somma from TIM, and many more. The Terminal Hub's mission is to create an environment where ideas not only develop but connect with real opportunities.
The event will bring together international experts who will share practical IoT implementation cases from major corporations. The flash sale for IoT Sparks is extended until September 15th, offering significant savings for both IoT professionals and industry leaders. The Terminal Hub connects talent, technology, and investment from Valencia to the world.
IoT Sparks aims to spark collaboration, innovation, and the adoption of IoT technologies, making them accessible to a wider audience. Whether you're an IoT professional, a startup, or an entity looking to transition toward digital transformation, IoT Sparks is the place to be on October 7 in Valencia.
