Israeli military set to mobilize approximately 50,000 reserve personnel

The Israeli army is taking significant steps to ensure the safety and well-being of civilians in the city of Gaza, as an estimated one million people are expected to move to tent camps further south.

In a plan announced by Brigadier General Ran Kochav, the Israeli army aims to mobilize approximately 50,000 reservists, with the possibility of deploying up to 120,000 in total. The troops are already present in suburbs of Gaza, including Al-Saitun and Djabalija.

The goal of the operation is twofold: to provide shelter for the relocated civilians from the city of Gaza and to destroy Hamas's underground tunnel system. The tent camps, intended to serve as temporary homes, will be located further south from the current locations in Gaza.

The Israeli army is working closely with international aid organizations to ensure the supply of medical aid and food for the civilians in the tent camps. Human rights organizations have repeatedly highlighted the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, and this collaboration is a priority for both parties.

Despite the military actions, Hamas still possesses "operational capabilities" and is capable of waging a "guerrilla war." However, the Israeli army is taking steps to ensure the safety of the civilians in the tent camps.

The reservists will begin their service in September, with call-up notices expected to be sent out in the coming days. The city of Gaza remains the most important stronghold of the Islamist terror organization Hamas, making the operation a critical one for Israel's security.

The Israeli army has a plan for the movement of civilians from the city of Gaza to the tent camps further south, and efforts are being made to ensure a smooth and orderly relocation process. As the situation in Gaza continues to unfold, the focus remains on the safety and well-being of the civilians caught in the midst of the conflict.
