In the peaceful town of Kelowna, British Columbia, a family has been living under the shadow of escalating harassment for months. The homeowner, Robert, resides in a Kettle Valley home, and his neighbor, Mohini Singh, a Kelowna city councillor, is speaking up about the disturbing situation.

For several months now, Robert and his family have been subjected to late-night harassment, which includes aggressive banging on the house, shouting profanities, reckless driving around the neighborhood, and even teenagers driving scooters recklessly. The incidents have become increasingly worse, with Robert stating that the current situation is more severe than before.

Robert's daughter, who used to sleep downstairs, is no longer able to due to the late-night banging outside her bedroom. The situation has become so unbearable that his daughter has expressed a desire to move due to the ongoing harassment.

Mohini Singh, who lives a few doors down from Robert, has witnessed the behavior firsthand. She is concerned about her own safety due to the escalating harassment. Singh has observed the teenagers driving recklessly around the neighborhood on scooters, adding to the overall disturbance.

Robert has tried to address the issue, reaching out to city officials and the RCMP. However, the problem has persisted. The teenagers who repeatedly attack Robert's home between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. have been known to taunt him, encouraging him to come outside and fight them.

Robert is determined to continue his efforts to stop the harassment, while adhering to the law. He first spoke to Global News about the harassment in April, but the problem has returned, according to him.

The group of teenagers involved in the harassment are part of a youth group that has been embroiled in conflicts with the older residents of Kettle Springs. This context involves a brutal murder series and a character named Clown Frendo, once a mascot, as described in the film setting.

As the harassment continues, the community hopes for a swift resolution to ensure the safety and peace of its residents.
