In an unexpected turn of events, two men were rescued from Lake Constance on Saturday after the catamaran they were on capsized near Radolfzell, district of Konstanz.
The incident was initially reported by the "Schwäbische" newspaper, and a swift rescue operation was carried out by firefighters and the German Life Saving Association (DLRG). The location of the operation was near Radolfzell on Lake Constance.
The rescue operation began in response to the capsized catamaran. The emergency services worked diligently to right the vessel, and once it was back in an upright position, the rescued men were provided with towels and dry clothing.
The firefighters then towed the catamaran back to its home port from the Untersee. The two men, who have not been publicly named, were saved without injury and taken aboard a fireboat to safety.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported among the rescued men. The catamaran capsized near Konstanz, district of Konstanz, and the rescue operation took place on the lake itself.
