Launch of condo sales on Florapromenade in Pankow, featuring 34 units available

The "Unsere Flora" project will utilise wood-hybrid construction, combining concrete and wood, and will meet the current GEG (2023) requirements and align with the Efficiency House-40 standard. The energy concept includes an air-water heat pump, photovoltaic modules on the roofs, and a smart metering system.

The location of Florapromenade offers good connections to Berlin's city centre. The S and U-Bahn station Pankow, as well as various tram and bus lines, provide easy access to the urban hub.
