Law Enforcement in Poland effectually seized over 1.5 kilograms of crystalline substances, a significant drug haul.

In a significant development, the Schwabach Criminal Police, in coordination with various law enforcement agencies, arrested two suspected drug dealers in Schwabach, Bavaria, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. The suspects, aged 17 and 18, were taken into custody following the seizure of over 1.5 kg of crystal meth.

The initial indications of the 17-year-old's involvement in drug trafficking were gathered in June 2025. The Public Prosecutor's Office Nuremberg-Fürth requested a warrant of arrest against the suspects, which was subsequently issued by an examining magistrate.

The search of the suspects' apartments in Schwabach, carried out as part of further criminal police measures, did not reveal any firearm, unlike the initial arrest. However, additional evidence and a small amount of crystal were found with the 17-year-old during the apartment search.

The 17-year-old was found to be in possession of a firearm, a fact that was confirmed through close coordination with the Public Prosecutor's Office Nuremberg-Fürth. The warrant of arrest also includes charges other than drug trafficking.

The arrests were made during a handover of a large quantity of crystal on a parking lot in Schwabach. A large number of police officers were involved in the operation, including civil deployment groups from Schwabach and Erlangen, the deployment unit from Erlangen, and the Criminal Police from Nuremberg.
