The Role

As Group Leader Controlling, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating diverse tasks in the field of accounting. This role will challenge you to tackle annual financial statements, reporting, regulation, tax returns, and business accounting, while also leading a team and shaping communication and cooperation within the organization.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a professional background in the banking sector, with qualification as a bank business economist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will have first experiences in leadership tasks. You should demonstrate good analytical skills, the ability to handle challenges in a solution-oriented manner, and confidence in decision-making.

A high level of social competence combined with appropriate assertiveness is essential. Alternatively, you may have several years of professional experience as an auditor (m/f/d), tax advisor (m/f/d) or association auditor (m/f/d) with initial contacts in the banking sector.
