Local initiative takes home the prestigious "Klima kommunal" accolade for their environmental efforts.

The city and district of Göttingen, alongside its partners EAM, the city utilities of Göttingen, have established the Energy Region Göttingen (ERG) with a vision to convert the regional energy supply to renewable energy sources.
