The timelapse, set to the hook lyrics of Imagine Dragons' 'On Top of the World', was shared on Dibo's Instagram page and quickly drew praise for its stunning, magnificent, and epic depiction.

The Blood Moon was observed during a total lunar eclipse on Sunday night over the UAE skies. As the Moon crossed the Burj Khalifa, the tower shifted from a golden hue to a striking blue, creating a contrast that was nothing short of captivating. The timelapse shows the Blood Moon's complete cycle crossing the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, in just eight seconds.

The Burj Khalifa, which houses the At the Top observatory, is a frequent subject in Dibo's work. His portfolio is known for its captivating cityscape and celestial imagery, often featuring the Burj Khalifa and the Moon. This is not the first time Dibo has captured a similar timelapse. He last did so in May 2021, showcasing a lunar eclipse with the Burj Khalifa.

The Dubai Astronomy Group (DAG) did not host a special event for the Blood Moon observation, but they did share the timelapse video separately following the event. Within hours of posting, Dibo's Blood Moon reel attracted tens of thousands of views.
