Green Valley Ranch Resort in Nevada Undergoes $200 Million Transformation

Green Valley Ranch Resort, a Station Casinos property in Henderson, Nevada, is currently undergoing a major multi-phase renovation. The project aims to elevate the resort's luxury appeal with a sophisticated contemporary design, high-end finishes, and upgraded amenities.

The renovation, part of a $200 million investment across Station Casinos, is being guided by a design by the owner's in-house team in partnership with Avenue Interior Design. The focus is on reimagining the resort's guest rooms and suites, with the West Tower scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2025.

The West Tower's 37 suites will be re-imagined with a blend of contemporary elegance and avant-garde design. Each one-bedroom suite boasts a foyer, living area, walk-around bar, and dining accommodations for entertaining. The 16 executive suites and 10 with patios offer a sophisticated, contemporary design. The luxurious en-suite in the executive suites encompasses floor-to-ceiling Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble surfaces, twin vanities, soaking tub, separate shower, private water closet, and a makeup station.

The one-bedroom suites feature oversized smart televisions, minibar, in-room Nespresso service, robes, garment-steaming facilities, and lighting controls. The Luxury Patio Suite and Strip Suite in the West Tower will offer personalized butler service.

The top of the West Tower houses the Penthouse, a 2,790-square-foot two-bedroom suite with an 180-degree view of the Strip, an 85-inch TV screen, a red-tiger-onyx four-seat bar, and a fully stocked butler's kitchen with a separate entrance.

The East Tower and South Lobby are set to be completed in 2026. Additional suites in the East Tower will be unveiled in the coming months. The transformation includes the renovation of all 493 guest rooms and suites, and the resort's meeting and convention spaces, although specific details about the latter are yet to be announced.

The redesign aims to maintain the resort’s identity as a luxury local and business traveler destination, offering high-end hospitality in a relaxed setting away from the Las Vegas Strip. The renovated Green Valley Ranch Resort is expected to provide a refined, curated guest experience with neutral tones, soft textures, marble bathrooms, Nespresso machines, smart TVs, sculptural organic furniture, bespoke wood millwork, designer closets, and spa-like bathrooms.
