The first dish served was a salad named Solana, featuring grilled eggplant, local mesclun, mango vinaigrette, and a refined taste that embraced tropical vibrance. Other dishes included the Surf 'n Turf of Chicken Inasal Roulade & Crab Cake, a reimagined dish that combined poultry and seafood, and the Sultada Surf 'n Turf, a bold blend of filet mignon and lump crab cake. The Negros Fadriga Cacao, a dessert that fused locally sourced ingredients, delivered a bold yet smooth experience.

Ascott kept its 25th-anniversary momentum going by treating guests with special rewards. The "25 Years, 5 Brands, and 25 Thousand" exclusive promotion offered the first 25 guests who completed five unique overnight stays across Ascott Philippines' different brands or five stays within a single brand 25,000 Ascott Star Rewards points.
