Monthly Remark by the President on Readiness for Nationwide Emergencies

In the wake of the devastating California wildfires that have claimed at least 30 lives and left hundreds of billions of dollars in damages, the President has extended his deepest sympathies to those affected. Citizens are encouraged to sign up for mobile alerts, set aside emergency savings, prepare a disaster supply kit, and discuss emergency responses with their children.
