On August 5, a charming three-bedroom, one-bathroom house at 29 Cascade Drive in New Hartford was sold for $299,900. Built in 1979, this 1,450 square foot property offers a cosy living space.

The same day, a single-family residence at 26 Clinton St. in New Hartford was sold for $490,000. This 1920-built house boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area of 2,258 square feet.

Moving on to Whitestown, a single-family home at 42 Plymouth Ave. was sold for $486,500 on Aug. 6. This 1979-built house, with its 1,747 square feet, features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Another significant sale took place at 104 Garretts in Whitestown, where a single-family home was sold for $527,000 on Aug. 1.
