The merger, facilitated by the acquisition of Rehslers by MTA Holding Company in Italy, has seen Rehslers Cooling Systems GmbH operating under the MTA brand. This move aims to strategically align the teams in Germany and create a unified brand landscape under MTA.
Carola Wolters, the Managing Director of MTA Germany GmbH, has been at the helm of the company, at least as of August 2025. Under her leadership, the Lindau MTA branch focuses on "Engineered Solutions," providing a diverse product range that includes chillers, heat pumps, air coolers, and a rental cooling service.
This merger is part of a larger picture, as MTA was later acquired by the U.S. conglomerate Trane Technologies, marking a year since the acquisition. The aim of the merger is to combine the teams in Germany strategically, further harmonizing the brand landscape and business processes under MTA.
