Mullen Automotive's Updates: Increased Sales with Bollinger, New Distribution Partners in the U.S. and Europe
Mullen Automotive, an emerging electric vehicle manufacturer, is making strides in the commercial EV market with a series of strategic partnerships and distribution deals.
David Michery, CEO and chairman of Mullen Automotive, stated that these partnerships strengthen the company's foothold in the growing commercial EV market. One such partnership is with EnviroCharge, a provider of clean-fuel EV charging solutions. Charlie Stockton, CEO of EnviroCharge, expressed that this partnership will offer a zero-emission EV charging solution.
In a significant move, Bollinger Motors, the founder and CEO of which is Robert Bollinger, has agreed to sell 50 vehicles to EnviroCharge for an estimated deal value of $8,250,000. Among these vehicles is the Bollinger B4, an all-new, all-electric Class 4 commercial truck, which will be upfitted with EnviroCharge's mobile clean-propane-powered charging system.
Mullen Automotive is also expanding its commercial EV dealership network. Mullen's full line of all-electric commercial vehicles, including the Mullen ONE and Mullen THREE, will now be offered by Ziegler Truck Group. This family-owned equipment dealer, pioneers in the industry since 1914, is now a leading provider of zero-emissions commercial trucks. Ziegler Truck Group is an approved California Air Resource Board ("CARB") HVIP dealer, and the Mullen vehicles offered will be HVIP approved, providing up to $45,000 cash voucher at the time of purchase.
Ziegler Truck Group and Range Truck Group, part of the Ziegler Companies portfolio, are focused on delivering advanced infrastructure and zero-emissions solutions to the commercial transportation sector. They will cover national and regional fleet opportunities for Mullen commercial EVs, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest and upper Midwest regions of the United States.
Mullen Automotive's commercial EV product line has also found a new European distribution partner in GAMA. GAMA will represent Mullen's full commercial electric vehicle product line and has extensive experience with electric vehicles in the Balkan market. Mullen Automotive Inc. announced GAMA as an additional European distribution partner for southeastern Europe, covering the Balkans Region.
However, no companies are currently officially designated in Europe or Germany as representatives for the sale of Mullen trucks. An official distribution in Europe or Germany has not yet been announced.
The net effective cost of the Mullen THREE could be less than $17,000 when combined with the available $7,500 federal tax credit and HVIP point-of-sale voucher. This affordability, coupled with the environmental benefits, makes Mullen Automotive's commercial EVs an attractive option for businesses looking to transition to zero-emission vehicles.
These partnerships and distribution deals are a testament to Mullen Automotive's commitment to transform the transportation industry, as stated by Robert Bollinger, and to its growing influence in the commercial EV market.
