Multiple Road Accidents Reported; Multiple Arrests for Speeding Under the Influence; Intense Protests at Airports; Stolen Bicycle; Intoxicated Driving and Pickpocketing Incidents

In a series of unfortunate events, several traffic incidents and investigations have been reported across various parts of the region.

On Saturday afternoon, a 56-year-old scooter rider met with an accident on the community access road in the extension of the Esslingen Street. The rider suffered severe injuries and was taken to the hospital for examination and treatment.

The same day, a 26-year-old motorcyclist was severely injured in a traffic accident on the L245 near Seeburg. The motorcyclist's motorcycle, estimated to be worth around €8,000, had to be recovered by a tow truck. Unfortunately, the name of the motorcyclist has not been released.

On Sunday evening, a motorcyclist had a serious accident in Bisingen involving a collision with a Mercedes near the training center. Despite extensive search efforts, the name of the 20-year-old motorcyclist remains undisclosed.

Another motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision on the L 360 from Bisingen-Thanheim towards Onstmettingen. The motorcyclist was riding a KTM and collided with the guardrail and underrun protection after falling in a left curve.

A traffic accident on the L389 in Bodelshausen was caused by inattention and insufficient safety distance, resulting in a total estimated property damage of €7,000.

In a separate incident, a 67-year-old woman fell with her e-bike and suffered light injuries on Talstraße towards Schmelenwiesen on Sunday afternoon. An 80-year-old woman also suffered light injuries after falling with her bike on Immanuel-Kant-Straße on the same day.

Two 14 and 15-year-old juveniles were caught spray-painting the Arbach hut on Saturday evening and face charges of joint malicious damage to property.

Meanwhile, the Airport Police Station in Tübingen is investigating a 32-year-old man for resisting arrest and causing injuries to four officers. Another instance of resisting arrest was reported at a gate in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, with the Airport Police investigating a 32-year-old in this case as well.

Lastly, a 14-year-old is being investigated for the suspected use of a vehicle without liability insurance in Balingen.
