In the coming week, several local councils in Wiesbaden will convene to discuss a range of important issues affecting the community. Here's a roundup of the meetings and topics to be discussed.
On Tuesday, September 2, the Erbenheim local council will gather at Am Bürgerhaus 3, starting at 7 pm. The agenda includes the renovation of the Waeschbach, contributions on settlement development for the land use plan 2040, the budget for 2026, and the installation of a pedestrian crossing at Egerstraße, Berliner Straße.
The following day, Wednesday, September 3, will see multiple meetings taking place simultaneously. The Nordenstadt local council will meet at Hessenring 46, at the same time, to discuss the budget for 2026, the user-friendly expansion of the bus stop Wallauer Weg on Hunsrueckstrasse, the new construction of the Taunushalle/Gemeindezentrum, and various fraction proposals. The demand to reverse the timetable change of ESWE Verkehr will also be brought up during these discussions.
