Municipal and regional energy consultancy services remain operational

In the heart of Bavaria, the Landkreis Bayreuth and the Consumer Center Bavaria (VZ) have teamed up to offer free initial consultation on energy-efficient renovation of residential houses in the Bayreuth region. This initiative is part of the "Sanierungscoaching" program, supported by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development, and Energy.

The Energy Modernization of a home can raise many questions, and the Consumer Center Bavaria, with its years of experience in energy advice, is here to clarify them all. Qualified Energy Advisors, in partnership with the Energy Agency Upper Franconia, provide expert guidance on possible approaches for a home.

The advisory service takes place monthly in alternating locations: the municipal administration building, Wilhelm-Pitz-Straße 1, and the Bayreuth County Administration, Markgrafenallee 5. Upcoming 2025 dates for the advisory services are: September 25 (Bayreuth County Administration), October 15 (City of Bayreuth), October 16 (Citizen's Center Pegnitz, Hauptstraße 73), November 26 (City of Bayreuth), and December 11 (Bayreuth County Administration).

Topics covered in these appointments include energy renovation, heating techniques, funding, and individual recommendations for a home. Insulation measures and the switch to climate-friendly heating systems can make a significant contribution to the energy transition.
