Music event featuring "Good Vibes" band at the Hardt venue
On Sunday, the Elisenturm in Bonn's Botanical Garden will reopen, courtesy of the support association. This event will feature a captivating musical performance, with Volker Straeter on bass and Dirk Reimer on piano.
The music will be performed outdoors on Elisenplatz, but in case of bad weather, the performance will be moved to the Glashaus. The additional musician for the ensemble has not been specified yet.
Admission to the musical performance is free for all visitors. However, access to the observation platform of the Elisenturm will be available for a donation. From 3 to 5 PM, visitors can climb the stairs to enjoy the stunning views from the Elisenturm.
It's important to note that the Elisenturm reopening is a separate attraction from the musical performance on Elisenplatz. While the music performance is free, access to the Elisenturm observation platform is not included in the free admission.
The compositions for the performance draw influences from blues, gypsy, Russian, and French music, adding a unique flavour to the event. The reopening of the Elisenturm itself is not related to these musical styles.
So, whether you're a music lover or a fan of panoramic views, Sunday promises to be an exciting day at the Botanical Garden in Bonn. Come and enjoy the music, or climb the Elisenturm for a breathtaking view – or better yet, do both!
