Netflix collaboration with Blumhouse introduced a spine-chilling series titled 'Nightmares of Nature' featuring terrifying natural occurrences as the central fear factor.

In the heart of the Central American rainforest, a new horror awaits in the upcoming season of "Nightmares of Nature". The series, produced by Blumhouse Television, is set to premiere two chilling seasons – Lost in the Jungle and A Cabin in the Woods.

The second season of "Nightmares of Nature", titled Lost in the Jungle, premieres on October 28. This natural history and horror series takes viewers deep into the labyrinth of the jungle, where the characters are in the struggle of their lives to escape before it's too late. The series features a new monster hiding behind every corner, making it a place with more creative ways to die than anywhere else on Earth.

The three characters in Lost in the Jungle are a young opossum, a newly hatched iguana, and a feisty jumping spider. They discover an abandoned laboratory deep in the jungle, and as they navigate the unnatural labyrinth, their nightmare escalates fast.

Meanwhile, in A Cabin in the Woods, set in the North American woods, a mouse, a raccoon, and a froglet find sanctuary in an old cabin, only to discover that their nightmares have just begun. This season premieres on September 30.

Maya Hawke, known for her role in Stranger Things, lends her voice as the narrator for "Nightmares of Nature". Each season consists of three 45-minute episodes, promising a thrilling and terrifying journey for viewers.

In addition to the "Nightmares of Nature" series, Blumhouse is also producing a new documentary series for Netflix. The upcoming releases for Marvel, Star Wars, Star Trek, DC Universe, and Doctor Who are also mentioned, although specific details are not provided.
