The automotive world is abuzz with anticipation for the upcoming Audi SQ7, set to roll out of the Neckarsulm plant in Germany. However, official details about its presentation date remain elusive.

Despite the lack of a release date, we do have some intriguing insights into the SQ7's design and specifications. The latest model is expected to sport a single-frame radiator grille with a coarse texture, featuring separate units for daytime running lights and headlights.

A notable change from its predecessors, the Audi SQ7 (2026) may also transition into a plug-in hybrid vehicle, marking a significant step towards sustainable motoring for Audi AG.

Riding on 22-inch wheels, the SQ7 boasts a width of 285 mm at the front axle and a wider 305 mm at the rear. The door handles are positioned at the transition of the door to the B- and C-pillars, both front and rear, creating distinct surfaces on the flanks.

The exterior of the SQ7 is characterised by wide fenders, distinctive quad exhaust tips, and taillights currently shrouded in camouflage, adding to the mystery surrounding the vehicle's appearance.

Regarding its size, no specific details have been released as yet. However, it's expected to maintain its status as a luxury SUV, powered by a six-cylinder engine and boasting all-wheel drive.

The interior arrangement may bear a resemblance to the Q6 e-tron, hinting that the SQ7 production model may be based on the 2024-introduced mid-size SUV. Whether the seven-seat variant of the SQ7 will be retained remains to be seen.

As we eagerly await further information, one thing is certain - the Audi SQ7 (2026) promises to be a game-changer in the luxury SUV segment. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
