In a major development for sports fans in the UK, talkSPORT has secured a groundbreaking three-year deal to broadcast the NFL's Sunday Night Football coverage, including the 2025-26 season. This marks the radio network's biggest ever season of American football coverage.

Laura Louisy, Director International Business Development and Media at the NFL, expressed her pleasure at extending and expanding the partnership with talkSPORT. Liam Fisher, Head of talkSPORT, shared his excitement about the deal, stating that it will allow them to broadcast more American football than ever before.

The deal includes the exclusive rights to broadcast all seven International games, Thanksgiving and Christmas action, exclusive playoff selections, and the Super Bowl. The coverage will be led by Will Gavin, who will work alongside the return of veteran broadcaster Nat Coombs.

TalkSPORT's radio offerings will be complemented by a significant digital expansion. The talkSPORT USA YouTube channel, social channels, and website will offer additional news, features, and interviews. The talkSPORT US Sports team will feature first-class content, commentary, and weekly interviews with NFL players, coaches, and journalists.

The network will air more than 90 games across the season, starting with five games in Week 1. The Kickoff Game, featuring the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles hosting division rivals the Dallas Cowboys, will be the opening game. The NFC West showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers will be broadcast from 9.05pm on talkSPORT2.

TalkSPORT will provide its own commentary for all three London games at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Wembley Stadium, plus the first ever games in Dublin, Berlin, and Madrid. The NFC North matchup between the Chicago Bears and the Minnesota Vikings will be in the early hours of Tuesday morning from 1.15am. Sunday wraps up with a heavyweight AFC clash between the Baltimore Ravens and the Buffalo Bills from 1.20am on Monday morning.

Exclusive coverage of Week 1 begins on Thursday 4 September with the Kickoff Game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles from 1am on talkSPORT. Aaron Rodgers' return to the New York Jets with the Pittsburgh Steelers will be covered on talkSPORT2 from 6pm.
