Elena Novitskaya, the regional coordinator of United Russia's People's Program project "New School" and Vladivostok City Duma deputy, recently participated in the "Get a Child Ready for School" action. The event, held on the Day of the Russian Federation's State Flag, took place on the platform of the Primorsky Regional Branch of United Russia.

The action, organized by Novitskaya, aims to provide children with a smooth transition into the academic year. This year, children from families in difficult life situations, as well as children of participants in the special military operation, received school backpacks fully equipped for the start of the academic year.

Novitskaya believes that such meetings are not only an opportunity for career guidance work with children but also a way to gather feedback from citizens, which is valuable for the work of deputies and party coordinators. During the event, she discussed career choices and talent development with the children, expressing her support for their aspirations to become doctors and teachers.

During the event, Novitskaya also spoke with the children, learning about their interests and dreams. She emphasized the importance of supporting students, especially in challenging life circumstances. Novitskaya suggested initiating such conversations in lower grades to help children understand their potential and career paths early.

The action received a large response from citizens and collected many applications. Novitskaya noted that such events help adjust their activities and understand family demands.

In other news, a new project called "Tigropark" is being launched in Vladivostok. This project involves authorities, business, and ecologists, aiming to create a unique urban park that will become a symbol of the city.

Meanwhile, Artek, a well-known children's health and education organisation, honoured and remembered the labour and military achievements of their ancestors. Facts about the detention of Japanese POWs in the USSR have also been revealed.

On a different note, Vladivostok's mayor, Shestakov, personally congratulated students on 1 September, wishing them a successful academic year. The city is also seeing the emergence of more specialized classes in Primorsky schools, providing children with opportunities to excel.

In conclusion, the "Get a Child Ready for School" action, led by Elena Novitskaya, is a significant initiative that supports children in their academic journey, while also providing valuable feedback for local authorities and party coordinators.
