Oktoberfest celebrations return to the Freiburg Autumn Fair site in Baden.

In October 2025, the Freiburg Autumn Fair will play host to a much-anticipated event – the Baden Oktoberfest. Organised by the Rothaus State Brewery, this festive celebration will take place in a grand festival tent, offering several evenings of joyous celebration from October 17 to 27.

The Baden Oktoberfest is a unique alternative to the large Oktoberfests in Stuttgart or Munich, aiming to provide an authentic festival experience. The event will feature award-winning beer from Rothaus Brewery, live music, and a lively programme, promising an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

The Matthias Ginter Foundation, which supports disadvantaged children and youth for many years, will be the main beneficiary of the Baden Oktoberfest. The Foundation will honour Machen und Geben gGmbH with the foundation award for their commendable commitment to the charity. Machen und Geben gGmbH has been supporting the Matthias Ginter Foundation for three years, contributing significantly to the charity event's success.

Christian Schnürle of Machen und Geben is thrilled about the return of the Baden Oktoberfest to Freiburg. Over 40,000 euros have been collected by the Matthias Ginter Foundation through Machen und Geben's support. With the return of the Baden Oktoberfest, the support for the charity event has increased significantly. The Baden Oktoberfest will donate all proceeds to the Matthias Ginter Foundation.
