The NOELLE FLOYD brand is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join its acclaimed Equestrian Voices podcast team as a part-time assistant. With a focus on digital marketing skills and a passion for the equestrian community, this role offers a unique chance to learn and grow within the podcast landscape.

Essential Qualifications - An excellent attitude and energy, making you a joy to work with. - A strong passion for podcasts and the equestrian community. - Reasonable availability for recordings, which typically last a couple of hours. - A keen ear and eye for details. - Copywriting and social media marketing skills.

Responsibilities - Assisting in the show editing phase. - Writing podcast episode descriptions for the website and wherever the podcast is published. - Assisting with maintaining a publishing schedule on social media, including the launch of a dedicated EV Instagram account. - Collaborating with Caroline and audio editor Kattie to ensure the highest quality show is being published. - Assisting the digital marketing manager with uploading recordings to YouTube. - Selecting compelling podcast clips, both written and audio, for social media and marketing use. - Talent booking, communications, and basic project management. - Potential to learn basic audio and video editing skills, if the candidate is interested.
