Serviceheld, a well-known financial institution, is currently seeking a part-time Service/BSB employee for their branch in Kupferzell. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a career changer who has completed a commercial apprenticeship and has experience in dealing with customers.

The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including operating the cash register, handling cash transactions, and managing self-service devices. You will also be expected to perform office tasks, schedule appointments for advisors, and support them in their work.

In addition, you will be required to approach customers, advise them, and refer them to advisors as necessary. Identifying consulting needs or sales opportunities is also part of the job description. The ideal candidate should be a personable individual with effective communication skills, the ability to recognize consulting needs, and approach customers with confidence.

Flexibility is key, as you must be able to work at least two full days (9 am to 5 pm, closed for lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm). The company is offering a start as soon as possible.

If the qualification of a savings bank clerk needs to be obtained, the salary will be EG 5 TVoD-S until completion. Once the qualification is obtained, the salary will be rated according to EG 6 TVoD-S.
