The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has taken strict action against several adults who left minors unattended while they were gambling at casinos in the state.

In a recent incident, a woman was placed on the involuntary exclusion list after she left four minors unattended in a running vehicle at Harrah's Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack. The woman was gone for approximately 25 minutes, during which the outside temperature was 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius).

Another male patron was banned for leaving two minors, aged 12 and 13, unattended in a running vehicle at Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia. The man remained at the venue for approximately 31 minutes, gambling at a slot machine.

The PGCB has also reminded adults that they are prohibited from leaving minors unattended in parking lots, garages, hotels, or other venues at a casino. This rule applies to all casinos in the state, and three adults have recently been banned from all casinos for leaving minors unattended while they were gambling. The identities of these individuals have not been disclosed.

In a separate incident, the PGCB has issued a fine of $7,500 against Evolution for allowing an unauthorized person to enter its live dealer casino in Philadelphia. The unauthorized person was able to enter various locations within the Evolution studio suite, including a dressing area for employees. The PGCB approved a consent agreement containing additional details about the incident, which are available upon request through the PGCB's Office of Communications.

Despite these incidents, Evolution has recently launched Blackjack products in Spanish in the Commonwealth.

The PGCB is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons, especially minors. Leaving minors unattended in vehicles or other areas of casinos is a serious violation of the rules and will not be tolerated.

It is essential for all adults to take responsibility for their actions and ensure that minors are properly supervised at all times while at casinos. By doing so, we can create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
