Performances by Florian Fleischer in Tallinn and Riga

On the horizon of contemporary jazz, a unique ensemble is set to captivate audiences in Riga and Tallinn. Led by Berlin-based guitarist and composer, Florian Fleischer, the international jazz quintet, Florian Fleischer und das Gelbe vom Ei, promises a sonic journey that blends cultures, sounds, and improvisational depth.

The band, consisting of Lucas Martínez (Tenor Saxophone, Spain), Toms Rudzinskis (Alto Saxophone, Latvia), Benjamín García (Double Bass, Mexico), Hanno Stick (Drums, Germany), and Florian Fleischer himself, will perform at M ́darbnica Riga on Friday, 12th September 2025, and at Philly Joes Jazz Club Tallinn on both Friday, 12th September and Sunday, 14th September 2025.

Both performances in Riga and Tallinn will showcase the genre of Contemporary Jazz, with the Riga performance taking place at 20:00, and the Tallinn performances at 20:00 on the 12th and at a time yet to be announced for the 14th.

Florian Fleischer's compositions offer a balance between lyrical storytelling and fiery interaction, creating a rich and expressive sound that is unmistakably their own. In 2025, his music reached new audiences in Japan, following extensive tours across Germany, Mexico, South Korea, Finland, and the Baltic States.

The upcoming tour will also take the group to Spain, Latvia, and Finland, further expanding their global reach. The drummer in the band, Christian Thomé, adds a dynamic rhythmic foundation to the group's performances.
