The AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCS) has been a beacon of hope for online gamers since its inception in 2009, helping to recover over $74.3 million in funds that were delayed, withheld, or unfairly confiscated by online casinos.

Since its establishment, the AGCS has processed over 30,000 complaints and resolved over 23,000 cases, acting as a free, impartial mediator between players and casinos. One notable example of the service's success involves the recovery of $110,000 for a single user who initially faced a three-year wait for their full payout.

In the first quarter of 2025 alone, the AGCS recovered nearly 40% of the total amount recovered in the previous year, securing almost $2.6 million. This marks an impressive increase in efficiency and recovery rate. Furthermore, the average amount recovered per day in 2025 has increased by 53.8% compared to 2024, reaching about $28,947.66 daily, up from $18,826.63 per day in the previous year.

The service, which is available in six languages, requires users to attempt direct resolution with casinos before filing a complaint through the AGCS. Each case is evaluated on a fact-based basis, relying heavily on supporting evidence such as chat logs, emails, or screenshots to ensure fairness and credibility.

The AGCS only accepts complaints against casinos that are listed and reviewed on the AskGamblers platform. To maintain its high standards, the AGCS upholds strict submission guidelines, rejecting complaints that lack essential details, involve abusive language, are duplicates, or show clear violations of casino terms by the player.

In March, the AGCS surpassed the $70 million recovery mark, coming just over a year after reaching $60 million. Danijela Pavlovic, Customer Support Team Lead, stated that since its inception, the AGCS has worked tirelessly to resolve these issues for users.

With its continued success, the AGCS has become a trusted avenue for online gamers to reclaim their rightful winnings efficiently and transparently, markedly increasing the speed and amount of recovered funds in recent years.

Casino-and-gambling trends have seen an increase in the number of people seeking help from the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCS), especially in casino-games and lotteries. The AGCS, a service that assists online gamers in recovering funds, has seen a significant increase in efficiency and recovery rate, with over 40% of the total amount recovered in the first quarter of 2025 alone.
