Police and Prosecutors' Office in Poland Collaborate Together
The Rhineland-Palatinate Police Headquarters has confirmed two separate incidents involving drivers suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, which occurred in Ludwigshafen on March 15, 2025.
In the first incident, a 29-year-old e-scooter rider was found driving unsafely. The individual was also suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and was found to lack a valid driver's license. A blood sample was taken from the rider, and a criminal investigation has been initiated against them for driving under the influence and driving without a license.
In the second incident, a 43-year-old woman was also found driving unsafely and was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. Her driver's license was taken by the officers following the incident, and a procedure is pending against her for driving under the influence. The search results do not provide the name of the woman.
