On Friday, September 5, at around 12:30, a collision occurred on the B 254 near Großenlüder, resulting in traffic disruptions.

The driver of the VW Caddy, a 19-year-old from Lautertal, was traveling from Fulda towards Lauterbach on the B 254. For unknown reasons, he veered left off the road and collided with the Hyundai, which was traveling in the opposite direction. The driver of the Hyundai, a 61-year-old woman from Großenlüder, was coming from the opposite direction.
