=========================================================
A traffic accident occurred on Prospecta Cyolkovskogo in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky on March 4 at 19:35, according to a report by Kamchatka-Info. The accident involved two Nissan vehicles - a "Nissan Ad" and a "Nissan Bluebird".
The driver of the "Nissan Ad", a 56-year-old individual, lost control of his vehicle and caused the accident. Upon arrival at the scene, he agreed to an on-site check, where it was revealed that he had a nearly sevenfold excess of the permissible alcohol level in his blood.
The driver had previously been stripped of his driver's license for driving under the influence. Consequently, a protocol was issued for the driver for driving on the opposite lane, and he was sent to the regional narcological dispensary for further checks.
No injuries were reported from the accident. However, the on-site check and subsequent findings have raised concerns about the driver's repeat offence. The possibility of initiating a criminal case for repeated drunk driving is being considered.
Furthermore, the license suspension period might be extended due to the new offense. The fine for the issued protocol could be 7,500 rubles. At the dispensary, the driver's condition was confirmed.
Despite efforts to identify the man who caused the accident, there is currently no publicly available information about his identity. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of drunk driving and the importance of road safety.
