Thieves often gain access to vehicles by cutting the side walls with metal cutters, so it is recommended to park in well-lit and visible areas. If a garage is available, using it and locking the vehicle and garage door is recommended. Parking your vehicle securely can help prevent theft.
It's also important not to leave valuable items visible in the vehicle interior. Activating the built-in anti-theft systems of your vehicle is also advised.
The police believe that the perpetrators likely used their own vehicle for transporting the stolen goods from the crime scenes, but the methods or the organizations used by the perpetrators to transport the stolen goods remain unclear. A connection between the cases is very likely but requires further investigation.
For more tips on vehicle security, visit Police Consultation for Theft Prevention. It's also advisable to avoid parking in spots where doors can be opened by walls or other obstacles.
The police urge everyone to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
