Police Execution of Arrest Warrants for Community Computer Fraud, Threats, and Insults at BPOLI MD

A German national was arrested at Halle (Saale) Central Station on September 1, 2025, by officers of the Federal Police. The arrest was made in connection with two arrest warrants issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office Halle - Branch Naumburg.

The first arrest warrant was issued in January 2023, following the man's conviction for eight cases of joint computer fraud by the Local Court of Zeitz. The officers informed the issuing authority of the execution of the arrest warrants, and the man was taken to a detention facility to serve his seven-month imprisonment and 25 days' substitute imprisonment.
