In the quiet neighbourhood of Hunsrückstraße, a single-family home was the scene of a break-in on Monday, September 1. The Rhein-Erft-Kreis police are currently investigating the incident, which occurred between 7:30 AM and 6:15 PM.

Two doors showed signs of forced entry, indicating that the intruders had to break in. Once inside, they searched the house, with open drawers found scattered around the interior. The most significant loss was a collection of jewelry, which the unknown perpetrators made away with.
