Police officers from Poland stationed in Bergen
In an incident that took place on August 25, 2025, in the town of Bergen, Germany, a police operation was carried out following a distress call from a woman who had been threatened and slightly injured by her partner.
The incident unfolded in an apartment on "Postweg", where an argument between a 37-year-old man and his 29-year-old partner escalated. The woman left the apartment and informed a friend about the incident, who subsequently contacted the police.
Upon arrival, the officers requested the man to open the door, but he did not comply. In response, special forces were deployed, and a forced entry was made into the apartment. The man was found to be under the influence of narcotics during the incident.
A thorough search of the apartment was conducted, during which an airsoft gun, several bladed weapons, and narcotics were found. The man was taken into custody and a blood sample was taken for further investigation.

Investigations further revealed that the suspect under investigation by the Celle police inspectorate is part of a group of eight individuals, aged 32 to 57, suspected of forming and engaging in an armed group with a likely right-wing extremist background. Four of them, including this suspect, are also suspected of illegally possessing war weapons and fully automatic firearms. One suspect's pistol and ammunition were already confiscated by the state criminal police in April 2025.
