Police Officier Assaulted at Goa Festival: Officer Physically Attacked by an Individual
In an unfortunate incident at the Indian Spirit Festival in Eldena, district of Ludwigslust-Parchim, a 32-year-old man was reported to have attacked a policewoman. The attack occurred in the festival's ambulance, where the man, under the influence of drugs, launched an unprovoked assault on the officer, inflicting a concussion, along with various bruises and contusions.
The man, initially noticed due to suspected drug use, managed to flee initially but was later restrained by multiple officers. The man's drug use put him in a state of psychological distress, which may have contributed to his violent behaviour.
The policewoman, as a result of the attack, was taken to the hospital for treatment. The man was also taken to the hospital for further medical treatment and police intervention.
Despite the incident, no further information about the man's current status or outcome following the incident in the ambulance is disclosed.
