In a dramatic turn of events on July 23, an 18-year-old female driver fled from a police control in Bergheim-Niederaußem, Germany. The incident, which involved a Ford, has led to a series of investigations and the driver now faces charges.

According to the police, the driver was observed traveling at high speed on the B477 federal road. Ignoring the police's stop signals and attempts at control, the driver embarked on a chase that took them through Werkstraße, near the power plant, and attempted to flee via Holtroper Straße, Frickestraße, Schultesgasse, and Silverbergstraße.

The chase ended at the parking lot on Straße "Am Fischerhof". The driver and four passengers were apprehended, with three passengers being captured on foot. The passengers in the car were aged 16 (male), 16 (female), and 18 (female).

The police seized the driver's phone and the Ford. A doctor took a blood sample from the driver in a hospital. A drug test on the driver revealed a positive result for cannabis.

The criminal complaint was filed against the car's owner by the police. However, the owner of the Ford involved in the incident is not specified in the available information.

There is suspicion that the driver was driving without a valid driver's license and under the influence of intoxicants. The driver now faces charges of illegal racing, driving without a license, and driving under the influence.

The traffic commissioners have taken up the investigations, aiming to uncover further details about the incident. The seizure of the vehicle and the driver's phone are expected to provide crucial evidence in the case.
