In the past week, Cayuga County witnessed a total of 23 residential real estate sales, averaging $191,357. The most expensive sale was a single-family house in Owasco, priced at $620,000, making it the most expensive residential real estate sale in Cayuga County last weekend.
On August 5, a detached house at 5681 Silver Street Road in Fleming was sold for $458,000. This property, built in 2003, boasts a living area of 1,408 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price per square foot for this house was a substantial $325.
Another significant sale was the single-family house at 2 Morningside Drive in Owasco, which was sold for $400,000. This spacious home, built in 1996, spans over 2,352 square feet and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price per square foot for this property was $170.
The single-family home at 2 Morningside Drive in Owasco was not the only property to change hands on August 1. Another sale was finalized for a single-family house at 5837 S. Gate Drive in Fleming. This property, built in 1987, has a living area of 1,554 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sale price was $329,750, translating to a price per square foot of $212.
