New Fund Manager Joins Palmira Capital Partners

Silvio Müller, a seasoned professional in real estate management, has joined Palmira Capital Partners as a fund manager for logistics and corporate real estate. The 37-year-old Müller will be based in Frankfurt and will report directly to the managing partners, Mathias Leidgeb and Alexander Hoff.

Müller brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked as a portfolio manager at DWS Alternatives and Universal Investment, as well as Hannover Leasing Investment. In his new role, he will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing logistics properties for Palmira.

It's important to clarify that Müller's role at Palmira does not involve email confirmations or subscription activation. This has been the source of some confusion, as an email about a confirmation and subscription activation has been circulating, but it is unrelated to Müller's role or the changes in personnel at Palmira.

In a surprising development, Benedict Stichel, who has been head of fund management at Palmira for six years, is leaving the company. However, the email about a confirmation and subscription activation is also unrelated to Stichel's role or responsibilities at Palmira.

Despite the departure of Stichel, Palmira continues to move forward. In addition to Müller, Rui Mercadal Vieira will also be joining the team. However, there is currently no information available about Vieira's role within the team at Palmira.

The joining of Müller at Palmira is effective immediately. The new fund manager will work on various vehicles of Palmira from Frankfurt, contributing to the company's growth and success in the real estate sector.

It's worth noting that Müller's past roles have also not involved email confirmations or subscription activation. The email about a confirmation and subscription activation does not provide any additional information about Müller or the changes at Palmira Capital Partners.

As Palmira continues to evolve, the addition of Müller and Vieira to the team promises exciting times ahead for the company. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
