While the exact responsible authority for the geotechnical investigations on Haedenkampstraße in Essen could not be confirmed, it is likely that the local municipal office for building regulation and construction supervision, such as the "Amt für Bauordnung und Hochbau" in Essen, will oversee these investigations. The Geologischer Dienst NRW may be involved in geological data processing but is not directly stated as responsible for these investigations.

The geotechnical investigations are being carried out by the municipal utilities and are a result of the need for thorough examination of the infrastructure in the area. The works are expected to be completed by Thursday, 11th September.

We advise motorists to plan their routes accordingly and to follow the detour signs during the closure period.
