On July 27th, the Great Town Hall of Detmold will host a significant panel discussion titled "GiveEUvoice". This event brings together youth from seven European countries – France, Spain, Greece, Poland, North Macedonia, Slovakia, and Cyprus – to discuss political participation, European cooperation, and future prospects.

The panel discussion aims for direct, eye-level dialogue, encouraging the younger generation to share their ideas for effective youth participation, both in Detmold and at the European level. Dr. Thorsten Hasche from the city of Duisburg and Arne Brand, chairman of the Lippische Society for Politics and Contemporary History, are among the panelists. Dr. Miriam Mikus, mayor of our city portal, will also be present.

The event is open to all who are committed to dialogue with the younger generation and the future of Europe. Admission to the panel discussion is free, and no registration is required. The panel discussion will take place in English, starting at 9:30 AM in the large meeting hall of Detmold Town Hall.

It's important to note that the names of the youth participants from the seven European countries for the panel discussion on July 27 in the Great Town Hall of Detmold are not publicly available. However, they will present their ideas, wishes, and demands directly to representatives from politics, administration, and civil society.

This discussion is part of the European Youth Campus, which is taking place in Detmold from July 23rd to 28th. The focus of the panel discussion will be on the topics of the younger generation, fostering a platform for their voices to be heard and their ideas to be considered in shaping the future of Europe.

The "GiveEUvoice" panel discussion promises to be an engaging and insightful event, offering a unique opportunity to hear directly from the youth of Europe and to contribute to the dialogue on their future. We invite everyone who shares this commitment to attend and participate in this important discussion.
