Proposal for a Rule on Commission Regulation Enacted
In the past 24 hours, several incidents and accidents have been reported across central Germany, primarily in the areas of Witzenhausen, Eschwege, Grebendorf, and Bad Sooden-Allendorf.
Last night, at 00:23, a group of people were seen running through Witzenhausen's city center, reportedly shouting and with at least one person allegedly shouting "Sieg Heil". Police are investigating this matter, and a criminal investigation has been initiated for the use of unconstitutional symbols.
At around 11:30 AM yesterday, a side collision occurred on Grebendorf's Schwebdaer Street. The collision involved a minibus and a car driven by a 78-year-old woman from the Meinhard community. No further details about the incident are available at this time.
Yesterday evening, a hit-and-run incident took place at around 9:40 PM on the B 27 towards Witzenhausen from Eschwege. The incident involved a truck and four following cars. The collision involved a truck driven by a 70-year-old man from Eschwege, who sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for further examination.
Another accident occurred at around 1:30 AM last night in the area of Bad Sooden-Allendorf's Hilberlachestraße/B 27. A 39-year-old man was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of approximately 1.9%.
In a separate incident, a 31-year-old man from Helsa failed to yield while driving on the B 7 towards the A44, resulting in a collision with a car driven by a 49-year-old man from Ilmenau.
Earlier today, at around 6:39 AM, a 22-year-old woman from Bayreuth was involved in a collision on Sontra's "Roter Rain" street.
Additionally, at 20:58 yesterday evening, a plastic bench was set on fire on the bicycle path between Witzenhausen and Wendershausen. The bench was deliberately set on fire using an accelerant, resulting in its complete destruction; the damage is estimated at approximately 250 EUR.
During a lecture in the rooms of the university in Steinstraße in Witzenhausen, a 36-year-old had her wallet stolen on 15.11.23, between 17:00 and 19:00. The wallet contained her bank card, student ID, and 20 EUR in cash.
It is currently unclear who was driving under the influence of alcohol last night at 1:30 AM near Hilberlachestraße/B 27 in Bad Sooden-Allendorf.
The estimated property damage from these incidents ranges from approximately 250 EUR for the burned bench to 5,500 EUR for the hit-and-run incident on the B 27.
