Proposal requested for a directive safeguarding laborers from potential hazards due to ionizing radiation exposure, according to the Commission.
On Monday, July 14, 2025, two men, aged 21, were arrested in Ludwigsburg in connection with the theft of high-value event equipment. The incident occurred around 04:30 in Schubertstraße, Holzgerlingen.
According to the Ludwigsburg Police Headquarters' Criminal Police, the suspects allegedly unloaded several boxes of event equipment into a VW Transporter and fled the scene. Witnesses alerted the police after being awoken by the noise.
The stolen goods, valued at approximately 100,000 euros, were later found in the VW Transporter. The vehicle was first spotted on federal road B464 and later stopped on the A81 near the Stuttgart interchange.
Investigations suggest that the suspects may have acted in collaboration with other unknown persons, who were traveling in a VW Passat with a yellow foreign license plate. However, no publicly available information exists about other possible accomplices or co-conspirators working with the suspects.
The judge's decision to arrest the suspects was at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Stuttgart. The judge issued arrest warrants for the suspects on suspicion of aggravated theft.
The suspects were provisionally arrested on July 14, 2025, and brought before a judge at Böblingen District Court. They have since been ordered to be held in a detention facility.
