In a major move, Fisker Inc. has announced a strategic shift towards a Dealer Partner model, effective from January 2024. This change is part of the company's commitment to making the Fisker Ocean, their innovative electric vehicle, more accessible to a broader market.

The Fisker Ocean, a vehicle that seamlessly blends emotional design with sustainability, is set to redefine the electric vehicle landscape. It boasts several eco-friendly features, including rooftop solar panels that can add up to 1,500 miles/2400 km of range per year, and the use of over 110 lbs. / 50 kg. of recycled and bio-based materials in its construction.

Fisker has also announced reductions in Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on many 2023 Fisker Oceans in the US. The 2023 Ultra trim, currently priced at $52,999, will be available for $34,999, while the Sport trim, currently priced at $38,999, will be offered at $24,999. These price reductions will take effect on Friday, March 29, 2024.

Moreover, certain Ocean vehicles come equipped with up to $7,000 worth of additional options included in the discounted price. The Fisker Ocean Extreme, which has the lowest published carbon footprint of any electric SUV, now has an MSRP of $37,499, down from $61,499. It's worth noting that the pricing does not include maintenance or government incentives.

The Fisker Ocean is built at a carbon-neutral facility, and it's no surprise that it boasts impressive ranges. In the European market, the Ocean Extreme has a WLTP range of 439 miles / 707 km, the longest in its segment. In the US, it has an EPA-estimated range of 360 miles, again, the longest in its segment.

Fisker's Dealer Partner model aims to provide customers with good pricing, easy navigation of the buying process, and fast access to the 2023 inventory of the Fisker Ocean. While specific dealer partner names are not yet listed, Fisker continues to pursue partnerships in North America and Europe.

The Fisker Ocean is more than just an electric vehicle; it's a testament to Fisker's commitment to creating the world's most emotional and sustainable electric vehicles. With its strategic shift and significant price reductions, the Fisker Ocean is poised to become a more affordable and competitive EV choice in the broadest market.
